Christmas Eve 2019

Our Christmas Eve was a little different for us, because this year our church had a candlelight Christmas Eve service. It was fantastic and the perfect new tradition for our family. We loved celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, with our church family.

We had to get a family picture after the service. Check out Karsten’s new 5 year old “smile”. I suppose every kid goes through that fake smile phase.

When we got home, Kate recited the Christmas story for us. (Karsten can do it too but she won’t stay still long enough for me to record her these days!)

Then, we sprinkled some reindeer food in the grass, and set out some cookies and milk for Santa. Fittingly, Santa’s goodies were left on a Clemson plate and in a Georgia cup!

And then, one last pre-Christmas picture in front of the tree before these two girls got tucked into bed!
