Welcome to Moe’s!

Kate loves food, but Kate LOVES Mexican food.  She loves the chips, she loves the salsa, she loves the guacamole. Lately, we’ve discovered that she LOVES the queso.  Like, scooping it up with her bare hands loving it.  I’m pretty sure this is a trait that nearly all almost-two-year-olds share in common, but it is still funny.  We went to Moe’s for dinner earlier this week, and Kate was doing great dipping her chips into her tiny cup of queso, so Kevin and I got distracted in our conversation.  The next time we looked over at her, she was covered in queso.  The pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice.
